The Rhythm Stage on Main Street near the Kendall Square MBTA stop offers interactive music and dance performances and includes acoustic and folkloric rhythms and dance from around the globe. The Viewing Stage Main and Albany Street is where the costumes groups are presented formally in front of an esteemed team of judges.

Steel bands will wrap up the parade brining down the Cambridge Carnival Community parade. The event is held annually the weekend after Labor Day.
